In 2021, we set out to fix an all-too-familiar business problem: inefficient sales process. We quickly realized that sales, marketing and customer success teams simply didn’t have the information they needed or were spending countless hours pulling data that too often was meaningless or incomplete. They couldn’t work together in a coordinated, cohesive fashion. Instead of acting, they were reacting. Instead of executing, they were stuck completing tasks.
